Status: Full-time, Exempt    

The Systems Enablement role will work closely with all departments
implementing and ensuring MVP Health Care’s new core system works effectively
across teams, while maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features
and benefits of the platform. Reporting to the Leader, Core Systems, this
individual will participate in planning, organizing and management of all core
system projects to ensure effective operations. They will monitor core system
processes, supporting the resolution of issues that arise in the execution of
core operational processes and feature adoption. Will support the Core System
team in identifying areas for improvement by following and analyzing product
roadmaps and releases to develop business & technical improvement plans
alongside key MVP stakeholders. Work with MVP’s IT partners to design,
configure, test and deploy changes to core system platform and key
integrations. Assist in analysis and testing during upgrades or new feature
adoption. Staying informed on current as well as new and emerging FACETS and
other Core Systems features, roadmaps and releases. Assist trainers or business
partners with end-user training, including the creation of user documentation
and training materials when needed.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years technical job experience.

Minimum Experience: Computer Systems/Information Technology educational
background or 2+ years job experience within a business/system analysis
background. Ability to work with RDBMS such as MS SQL SERVER.

Desirable Experience: FACETS experience desirable, but not required. Experience
working with EDI systems and/or other transactional systems. FACETS
certifications a plus. Understanding of healthcare industry .
