Intern – Operations, Hourly

 

The CRM Intern will support the implementation of a new CRM solution at MVP.  The project will focus on researching, validating and assembling a proposed business plan focused on addressing and rationalizing digital servicing and engagement capabilities within our CRM program for MVP prospects and members.  The project will study and assemble recommendations for self-service capabilities and value-added content and functions for our member portal and mobile (including mobile app) experience.  Examples could include bill payment capabilities, communications preference management, requesting a copy of an ID card, a routine eligibility inquiry, etc.  Additionally, outbound, targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of these capabilities will be captured, drafted and assembled into a backlog where MVP could act on executing the campaign(s).   Ultimately, the project will be completed when the student and team can present their proposed business cases to MVP’s CRM Executive Steering Committee for consideration.
Other outcomes include:

  • Proposed business plan, fully drafted and finalized
    in advance of presenting to CRM Executive Steering Committee

  • Internal cross-functional stakeholder interviews and
    analysis

  • External research compiled and composed and
    specifically related to health insurance member and prospect consumer behavior,
    digital servicing desired capabilities and opportunities for more interaction
    with the health plan.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:
Participation in a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree program is required. 


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • Strong writing skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

  • Self-directed and motivated
    Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
