Information Technology & Transformation Services (IT & TS), as a service-optimized IT organization, is focused on delivering business value to our customers and are continually evolving the way MVP uses technology to grow our business. The role has an essential role in our transformation to a service-optimized IT organization. 

This position will support Department goals of implementing modern platforms for the enterprise while reducing technical debt. The person in this role will help to deliver SharePoint Online in conjunction with other Office 365 technologies, ensuring that our technical analyst and development efforts are in alignment with Department and corporate goals. The incumbent will familiarize themselves with our current O365 offerings for the business to collaborate with technical teams and architects to elicit technical requirements and constraints, as well as business partners and peers to understand the business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements to develop solutions that are in alignment with the strategic technology vision of IT & TS and MVP.    
 
Key roles and responsibilities of this position include:
Support the company’s overall strategy for the efficient and effective delivery of modern platforms with associated governance services in a timely, regular, methodical, and well documented manner.
Support the IT Governance Collaboration Tools and Technology team in implementing modern platforms for MVP.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service for our business partners as solutions are developed that address their needs.
Collaborate with IT and business partners to identify, document, and analyze requirements with the goal of providing a solution that meets the business needs and delivers value to the organization.
Facilitate discussions with non-technical and technical professionals to reach project goals.
Independently aggregate and analyze data from a variety of sources; synthesize results into logical and presentable formats that enable informed technical and business decisions.
Analyze and execute processes associated with modern platforms; identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and deliver reporting on key metrics that measure and enable delivery of modern platform success.
Support the evolution of modern platforms by challenging the status quo and enabling business-value driven solutions.
Minimal travel between MVP offices, including overnight travel.
Perform other related duties as assigned. 
Position Qualifications
 
Minimum Education:
College diploma or university degree required; degree in the field of computer science, finance, business management or information systems preferred.

Interest in learning new technologies and skills.
 
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with O365 technologies such as Microsoft Teams (or similar collaboration technologies), Power BI, MS Flow, Planner, MS Forms.
Experience working with Agile techniques (i.e., Scrum, Kanban).
Experience developing SharePoint webparts using the SharePoint framework (NPM, TypeScript)
Work experience working on user interfaces with JavaScript development frameworks like React and Angular, CSS, SCSS and HTML.
Familiarity with REST API services, PowerShell scripting, ShareGate, SharePoint site scripts, customization of SharePoint views using JSON
