Prepares Financial Statements and detailed financial reporting for assigned companies and IPAs, PHO arrangements, when needed. Performs accounting duties and produces monthly reports and analytics for assigned companies. Identifies variances and financial trends for revenue and expense line items. Posts and tests assigned interfaces to general ledger. Reconciles IPA/HMO intercompany accounts. Performs bank account reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations as assigned. Assists accounting management with coordination of the annual audits of assigned companies. Calculates annual PHO and IPA settlements for assigned companies, when needed. Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education:

BA or BS in Accounting or a substantially similar field plus relevant experience.

Minimum Experience:

Prior accounting experience. Excellent spreadsheet skills. Experience in use of databases, especially Microsoft Excel. Healthcare experience desired.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Able to work effectively with multiple monthly deadlines.
