In this position, you are responsible for MVP’s digital marketing content strategy – managing, creating, and implementing content across MVP’s digital platforms with the goal of growing brand awareness and supporting acquisition, retention, and corporate initiatives.

 

This position is responsible for making sure all digital communications plans and tactics are delivered on time and on budget and are integrated across the organization. You will also need to stay on top of organizational projects and regulatory updates in order to prioritize and deliver on digital projects appropriately, aligning content and outreach with enterprise-wide goals and objectives.

 

Responsible for:

  • Managing content and technical troubleshooting of mvphealthcare.com and joinmvpmedicare.com, including post-login experiences

  • Building an engaging digital content strategy (web, email, digital advertising) with short- and long-term goals

  • Developing, implementing, and tracking content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets and elevate the brand

  • Developing digital communication plans, including content calendars and approval processes, for executing strategies or initiatives

  • Optimizing website content for SEO

  • Proofing all digital content

  • Developing and tracking digital KPIs

 

Required Skills:

  • Superior copywriting skills with the ability to create and edit content for all digital experiences (web, mobile, email, social, etc.)

  • Proficient with CMS tools such as WordPress

  • Proficient in HTML and CSS

  • Experience with Email Marketing and knowledge of CAN-SPAM compliance

  • Expert knowledge with SEO and SEM

  • Knowledge in paid digital advertising (social and ppc)

  • Knowledge of other computer languages a plus (JavaScript)

  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principals

  • Analytics knowledge required (Power BI, Google Analytics, Webtrends)

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

  • Ability to be consultative and build consensus on initiatives

  • Strong project management skills

 

Minimum Education:

  • BA/BS is required, or equivalent amount of relevant experience and education may be considered

 

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 5 years of progressive digital experience
