Davis - Membership Coordinator
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Serves as the liaison between the branch and the Association office/Metro business office with regard to all membership and program communication. Ensures all procedures are followed at the branch.
Supports Sr. Branch leadership in essential routine functions.
May train, assist or supervise assigned staff and volunteers, as well as onboarding of new employees
Responsible for meeting membership sales goals.
Oversees both member and community programs at the branch with the purpose of driving membership.
Plans and manages membership marketing plan.
Coordinates and supports assigned aspects of the annual support campaign at the branch.
May include regular scheduled shifts in the branch.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
Two years or more years related business management or office management experience preferred.
Understanding of basic accounting concepts and applications including cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Experience with standard business software and office machines.
Understanding and experience with planning programs for a diverse community.
