We are currently hiring staff to work in Child Watch. Child Watch staff are chiefly responsible for the safety of children in our care through active supervision. Ideal candidates will have a love of working with young children, especially those aged 6 weeks-8 years. They must be good at improvising and thinking on their feet, since the mix of kids who are checked into child watch on any given day is always different.

Child Watch staff are also responsible for leading active play, arts and crafts, songs, games, and other age-appropriate activity. They must communicate clearly with parents.

Qualifications: 
- Must be 16 years of age or higher
- High school diploma or current enrollment in high school
- Excellent leadership and communication skills 
- Previous experience with children strongly preferred (babysitting included)
- Desire to pursue child care or education as a career also preferred
