Divisional Vice President

WinnCompanies is looking for an experienced leader to support our growth as we continue to expand across California. Sitting in our Fresno Regional Office, you will manage the operations of a multi-family portfolio of approximately 8,300 units across 95+ properties (predominately affordable) throughout the Central Valley, with a focus on building strong client relationships, supervising regional and corporate employees, and providing strategic direction and oversight of the management company's activities. This is a critical, high-profile role which requires a high level of aptitude in all aspects of property operations, financial reporting, and fee management.

  • Advance WinnCompanies' mission and strategy to achieve the annual goals and objectives of both the company and properties in the portfolio
  • Approve portfolio's annual budgets and reforecasts for the corporate revenues and expenses
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews and provide timely submission of required financial reporting
  • Meet with each clients regularly to review property performance and respond promptly to client inquiries
  • Provide direction, supervision, and guidance to the regional leaders and operations team members
  • Ensure properties provide safe and secure environments
  • Create an awareness of market opportunities, via sourcing and networking
  • Hire, develop, and support new team members in accordance with WinnCompanies' Guiding Principles
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years related experience
  • 10+ years supervisory/management experience
  • Proven ability to build and support effective client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, OneSite, etc.)
  • Preferred certifications: CPM, NAHP-CPL, SHCM, CAM (MA-C3P), CAM-RAM & ARM honored; CGPM - NAA or NAMA
