The Account Executive assists clients with account open paperwork. Creates leads and opportunities and profile prospects and assists with additional sales activities as needed.



• Answers inbound phone calls

• Walks clients through application paperwork

• Answers questions about the account open process

• Cross-sells applicable accounts (Roth, HSA, etc.) and products (GLS, Education, etc.)

• Supports house accounts and completes applications collected at events

• Generates leads and opportunities for Senior Account Executives

• Profiles clients and transfer applicable calls to Senior Account Executives

• Creates leads using Salesforce

• Documents all interactions with leads

• Updates profile section of lead record as applicable



• Works account open corrections as needed

• Works in-kind transfers as needed

• Assists AE/SAEs on an as-needed basis with any challenges that arise after paperwork submission

• Collects new and existing fee accounts as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned



Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s Degree or actively pursuing a degree preferred

 • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a client-driven environment

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred



• None required



• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to adapt and quickly learn new software applications
