The Digital Currency Specialist is the primary client facing representative for the execution of investments at Equity Trust, including Precious Metals, Real Estate, Digital Currency, etc. Focuses on the client experience in Digital Currency investment across account opening, investments and order execution. Understands time sensitive procedures and market exposure. Supports the goals and objectives of ETC leadership, collaborates effectively across the organization and provides an excellent client experience

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Executes Digital Currency orders

• Serves as an expert resource on Equity Trust Online Digital Trading Platform (performing client demos, navigation, training and service support)

• Manages inbound & outbound client calls and operational queue for service related inquiries/resolutions

• Maintains high degree of service as measured by internal goals, Net Promoter Scores and peer/management feedback

• Builds strong relationships with clients through telephone interaction

• Partners with other parts of the organization to facilitate resolutions to client issues

• Handles escalated client issues and ensures that issues are solved within a timely manner

• Deepens client relationships through consistent commitment to client experience and follow up

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Assists with hiring other service/operations associates

• Identifies and recommends process, training, and procedural improvements

• Performs other duties as assigned

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial service industry as client facing service agent

 

 

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

• None required
