Savage is currently hiring for an Integration Specialist to join our IT Team in Midvale, UT!  This is a great opportunity for an individual who has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and wants to work with an industry leader.

In this role, you will plan, execute and manage integration of new and existing applications into new and existing systems through the enterprise. What you'll be doing:   

  • Driver in reviewing and developing requirements for integrations among information systems.

  • Writes integrations among internal systems and third party systems using many different tools, techniques and coding options.

  • Develop, test and deliver new and expanded Information System interfaces.

  • Identify and resolve system issues involving data integrations, documenting any problems and resolutions for future reference

  • Creating documentation for all interfaces developed.

  • Collaborate with team members, customers and vendors.

  • Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the need of the company.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required: Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related degree preferred

  • 2-5 years systems integration experience

  • Prefer experience using integration tools; e.g. Clarify

  • 3-5 years advance SQL experiences

  • Knowledge of relational databases

  • Knowledge about and experience with various architectures and protocols such as REST, SOAP, WSDL, SOA, JSON, SML and http endpoints

  • Knowledge about secure transmissions, digital certification and PKI

  • Strong experience with data architecture and application architecture

  • Architecture design

  • Any experience developing in Java and/or APEX (for Salesforce), or Ceridian would be a plus
