NATIONAL OPERATIONS TRAINER

Security Properties Residential has an opening for a National Operations Trainer.

Position Summary:

The National Operations Trainer is responsible for implementing and coordinating new hire orientation and training for the organization's employees at every level. This position designs and delivers training materials and workshops that ensure staff is equipped to the standards and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, workplace cohesiveness, and team development. The National Operations Trainer will assess and evaluate training needs and training effectiveness within the program and provide feedback to the leadership team. 
 
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participates in annual training and development needs assessment and proposes training and development programs and objectives.

  • Maintains and facilitates comprehensive sales and customer service training programs and provides basic and advanced training of business methods specific to each position using instructor-led and eLearning courses.

  • Conducts seminars, workshops, individual training sessions and prepares educational material such as module summaries, videos, etc.

  • Implements the training curriculum; applies innovative instructional methods/resources

  • Works with Director of Talent Development and regional managers in evaluating field mentors to support training programs.

  • Supports and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development resources.

  • Provides regular communication to the leadership team regarding program deliverables and participation, training outcomes and metrics. Identifies areas of improvement and recommends changes to the leadership team for implementation.

  • Conducts follow up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results and modify programs as needed.

  • Identifies and organizes new-hire resources and implements the company-wide onboarding training initiatives for all on-site operations positions.

  • Supports training initiatives and implementation of team training resources during property acquisitions.

  • Supports HR to train/coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.

  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and Talent Development staff.

Required Licenses

  • Other licenses and/or certifications as required by state law.

  • NAAEI Certification or equivalent preferred.

Other Requirements

    • Must maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code policy.

    • Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis.
      50% - 60% travel required.
