What you can look forward to accomplishing:

  • The Inventory Replenishment Specialist will optimize our Finished Goods inventories in our Distribution Center and support operations in North and Latin America
  • In-house specialist for Commercial Operations and Supply Chain Management
  • Advisor/expert on material management-related questions
  • Train colleagues to build-up know-how in the organization
  • Optimize our material management with analytical point
  • ABC/XYZ – Analyze
  • Define new ways for better handling our finished goods
  • Support our local teams in operations for material and data management – Latin America and North America, including Yauco, Puerto Rico
  • Local partner for sales and marketing – establishing our material strategy with marked knowledge
  • Control our local inventories – optimize our inventories while raising up service level though the market
  • Develop and optimize our tools for better material handling
  • Work in a global team for a uniform handling of our finished goods
  • Work in global cross-functional teams for optimizing our inventories and process flow
  • Project leader for international and local SCM optimization, with a clear customer and market demand focus
  • Active support of material management (finished goods) initiatives
  • Support sales and marketing for inventory topics
  • Organize review meetings with analytical points
     

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain management
  • Utilize KPI’s to manager business activities
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Superior problem solving and discernment abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A goal-oriented team player. 
  • Flexibility to respond within in changing environment
  • Expertise in Excel.  Competency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in SAP MM and PP is necessary (ERP system, BW reporting)
  • Fluency in English
