What you can look forward to accomplishing:

 

  • Responsible for implementing User Stories based on Point-and-Click customizations (new fields, page layouts & objects, report type creation & report & dashboard folders, workflow, assignment & validation rules, process builder/visual flow, email & mail merge templates, list views, etc.)
  • Follows the Application Lifecycle Process to deliver the implemented User Stories
  • Performs new Salesforce release evaluations and assess impact
  • Assist and train users (technical and non-technical)
  • Evaluates Out-of-the-Box options or design patterns that require minimal customization
  • Develop test scripts and testing phase and oversee unit and end user testing
  • Create regular reports detailing project status, and discuss these reports with clients
  • Analyze reporting requirements and write custom reports for end users
  • Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce
  • Evaluate AppExchange for public reusable components
  • Collaborate with end users, managers and IT to develop business requirements
  • Work with business users to understand their processes and suggest process improvements
  • Coordinates deployments with Salesforce Platform Admin

 

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our Company:

 

  • Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce.com application
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information management or similar discipline
  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce App Builder certification
  • Sales Cloud consultant certification is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Familiarity with business processes and functional relationships
  • At least two years of experience in business analysis, documenting solutions, delivering completed projects and administration
  • Ability to balance requirements from multiple stakeholders and develop appropriate solutions that meet the company mission
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions, including experience in installation, integration and training
  • Strong troubleshooting, logical and analytical skills
  • Project management experience
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated and very personable
  • Able to work independently and in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to stay organized and deliver projects while juggling multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.  German is a plus.
