Office Manager and Sales Support position coordinates and administers all services needed to support the Ft. Worth building location.  In addition, this position also supports the global sales organization in the collection and reporting of global sales force statistics.  The Office Manager also is to ensure all Dealer files and any other necessary documentation is digitized and stored correctly.  On occasion, the Office Manager will also provide support to executives including, but not limited to making travel arrangements and coordinating meetings.



Support to include, but not limited to:  

•             Primary contact for all 3rd party vendors that support the Ft. Worth office location

•             Vet all vendors and service providers

•             Coordinate all necessary maintenance and repairs

•             Main point of contact and coordination between the Ft. Worth location and all other Regal Ware locations / Divisions

•             Coordinate and arrange meals when needed for all Departments

•             Collect weekly sales statistics from Sr. VP’s and complete Sales Scorecard for distribution

•             Maintain all necessary reports and records in relation to Field Sales Management structure and team

•             Support Sales teams as needed with additional administrative support

•             Proactively support and anticipate the needs of both the facility operation and the sale management teams and provide process improvement ideas to better deliver service

•             Support the training team in hosting on-site training events

•             Manage the calendar and appointments for Saladmaster President

•             Maintain Dealer files and all necessary information / documentation in digital form

•             Maintain all common areas of the Ft. Worth facility

•             Support executive staff as needed with travel arrangements and other administrative work



•             High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred

•             A minimum of 1-3 years’ administration experience



•             Strong interpersonal skills & a customer service attitude

•             Strong skills with Microsoft Office applications

•             Strong data entry skills

•             Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize

•             Sound organization skills
