Summary:


In this position, your goal is to develop, improve, and maintain the digital customer experiences on mvphealthcare.com and post-login environments from a Marketing & Communications perspective. You will oversee and coordinate user requests to update content and fix/troubleshoot issues while maintaining a consistent and clean back-end structure. You are also responsible for usability, accessibility, and user interface best practices.


This position will work closely with the content strategist to manage and measure digital content for SEO, troubleshoot and solve problems across all front-end platforms, and work closely with our IT
team to manage the back-end platforms, including managing validation and deployments.


Responsible for:

  • Marketing & Communications stakeholder in planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and improving MVP’s digital experiences
  • Respond and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Updating HTML and CMS platforms regularly
  • Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant information and ensuring website quality
  • Improving UX and UI, serving as our go-to expert for web design best practices
  • Working closely with IT team on back-end development, coding, and troubleshooting
  • Creating high quality mockups and wireframes
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with markup languages (WYSIWYG, PostScript, HTML)
  • Experience with CSS and Javascript
  • Familiarity with browser troubleshooting and debugging practices
  • Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, web-proxy, and security audits
  • In-depth understanding of the entire website development process (design, development, and deployment)
  • Deep understanding of UX and UI
  • Knowledge of SEO practices
  • Analytics knowledge (Power BI, Google Analytics, Webtrends)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, including Dreamweaver, and content management systems like WordPress
  • Mobile applications knowledge a plus

Minimum Education:

BA/BS is required, or equivalent amount of relevant experience and education may be considered


Minimum Experience:
5+ years of progressive digital experience
