PM Food & Beverage Supervisor – Christiana Hilton Hotel
This is a Full Time Position with eligibility for benefits including vacation and sick time, medical and dental, short term disability, and travel discounts.
Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage
Oversees: All F&B Outlet operations including Market Kitchen & Bar, Room Service, and Club on 4
Scope: Supervises the daily nightly operation of the Food and Beverage Outlets. Maintains established operating procedures, service standards and maximizes food and beverage profits.
Schedule: Full-time position - nights, weekends, and holidays
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicates food and beverage promotions to guest services and associates; provides training on executing salesmanship and delivery.
Maintains standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints.
Holds pre-shift meetings, assigns stations, and adjusts labor accordingly throughout shift as needed.
Inspects pre and post shift side work and cleanliness of outlet areas.
Expedites food delivery.
Ensure POS is properly maintained and programmed.
At direction of the Director of F&B, fills in where needed to ensure proper staffing levels and coverage.
Ensures all Accounting related tasks such as cash sign off sheets and tip review and audits are completed on a daily basis or as needed.
May be required to work Manager on Duty shifts, which will require overseeing all departments throughout the hotel as well as ensuring guest safety and guest service.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 3+ Years in the Food and Beverage industry
with some supervisory experience within a hotel and/or free standing restaurant
