Security Guard - Christiana Hilton - Part Time Third Shift (Overnight)

The Hilton Wilmington/Christiana hotel is currently accepting applications for a part time overnight (3rd shift) Security Guard.

The ideal candidate will possess the skill to handle stressful situations and remain professional. This candidate will also have the ability to multitask and handle minor mechanical repairs.

Primary Responsibilities include:

* Patrols public areas, support areas, inside and outside of the hotel to promote safety, security, and loss prevention measures for our guests, staff, and business.

* Resolves guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; responds promptly to any guest request for service.

* Works as a member of the overall hotel team to ensure that each guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations.

* Communicates with hotel departments to become aware of maintenance needs and ensures timely response to requests.

Requirements:

* Must have prior security experience

* Primary schedule hours will be 10 pm - 6:30 am.  Schedule is subject to change at any time.  Must be flexible to working alternate days and holidays.

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Must be professional and have a pleasant attitude
