Segra is searching for a Regional Sales Manager.  The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the direction of a local sales team in securing and maintaining business opportunities within an assigned territory. They will be responsible for New Sales activity and account management within the assigned area and will lead a team in penetrating business accounts and establishing higher level contacts. The ability and proven performance of managing a Sales Team to insure sales revenue objectives is paramount. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the hiring, training, and development of the team and will ensure that the sales strategy and sales goals are followed and achieved. This position will be responsible for sales reporting activities, administration and implementation of the team compensation plan. They will also provide sales forecasts, control expenditures and monitor performance versus budget for controllable expenses.


  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience:   Experience with Telecom sales management;  Minimum 7-10 years managing a telecommunication and/or IP solutions sales force; Experience with preferred;  A proven track record of year over year sales growth, sales budget achievement, and customer retention

  • Key Competencies:  Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
