Segra is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales teams throughout the pre-sales process. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for partnering and supporting sales reps in each market with all pre-sales activities to include: Order Entry, CRM data entry, contract creation, price analysis, quality assurance on all sales orders, proposal configuration support, and serve as a part of the Sales Support Call queue during regular business hours.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge customer service best practices with an in-depth understanding of sales principles. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role.

  • Hands on experience with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred)

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Teamwork and motivational skills

  • High School Diploma required, higher education preferred
