KI is looking for a Software Developer to join our Information Technology team at our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI.
The Software Developer will be involved in the design,
modification, creation, testing, implementation, documentation and support of KI’s
business systems. Individual will interact with the business stakeholders and
subject matter experts to understand business needs and requirements. They will
create and modify software that conforms to all KI’s development standards and
procedures. The goal is to ensure that information technology adds the maximum
value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business.

Proficiency/Functional knowledge demonstrated
experience of the IBM iSeries programming languages RPG, RPG IV, RPGLE, (RPG
Free preferred), CL, and iSeries screensFull software development lifecycle experience
to include requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deploymentWorking knowledge of relational databases
(DDS, DDL, SQL)Solid verbal and written communication skills
with experience communicating with technical and nontechnical peopleAdaptable with the ability and desire to
quickly learn new techniques and business functionsDemonstrated analytical skills that lead to
effective approaches to business solutionsDemonstrated effective performance in a
team-oriented environmentStrong problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with cross-platform integration

Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree from a college or university
