KI is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Architectural Wall Sales Specialist covering our San Francisco market and the surrounding areas. This individual will work from their home office with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
The Wall Sales Specialists will become KI’s architectural “Wall” expert responsible for generating sales leads and assisting the KI sales reps in the territory to ensure attainment of sales goals. The position will provide mentoring and training to the sales reps on the conceptual and strategic aspects of the Wall product, conduct and assist in field presentations and gain specifications necessary to fulfill orders effectively. The Wall Sales Specialist will be working with our clients, architects, designers, general contractors and outside consultants to create comprehensive Wall solutions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling architectural or demountable wall systems and/or industrial partitions. A Bachelor’s Degree and a commercial construction industry background is preferred. An understanding of the construction environment to include a competency in reading building plans, layouts and specifications is required. Existing relationships with architects and designers will be extremely helpful.
