Pallas Textiles, a division of KI which offers a portfolio of upholstery, panel and privacy curtain applications with style and substance, is seeking a Sales Manager. This individual is responsible for the leadership, management and growth of the Pallas Textiles sales team. This position is based out of KI’s Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI and requires up to 35-40% travel throughout the United States.
This position is responsible for managing sales in the division and providing leadership to guide the Pallas Sales Representatives. This position will formulate profitable sales strategies as well as assist in the development of new business. Utilizing established relationships in the contract furniture marketplace as well as the A & D community, this position will increase sales performance and market growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years sales management experience and a track record of success in developing new business. Outstanding leadership skills are desired, as well as a proven ability to coach and develop employees. Experience in the textiles, furniture, or a related industry is preferred.
