KI has an opening for an International Sales Project Specialist at our Corporate office in Green Bay.  This individual will be responsible for supporting the KI China Operations team as well as our customers and suppliers in China. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering and confirming information from the customer to provide product quotes.

  • Tracking and updating order opportunities from our KI China Sales team to assure information is current and accurate in Salesforce.

  • Monitoring projects and defining project needs based on customer expectations.

  • Defining and documenting project milestones, establishing expectations and following-up to support deadlines. 

  • Daily communication via phone and email with the China Operations team to discuss quotes and project status.

  • Provide pricing and technical support to China operations team.

  • Develop Excel spreadsheets to show costs and calculate gross margins.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/International Business or a related field

  • 2 years’ experience in project coordination/management, customer service or sales

  • Ability to travel internationally to China 3-4 times per year

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills    

  • Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin and English)
