Leader - Mechanic-Lynchburg Maintenance
Responsible for planning the daily maintenance work schedule.Assigns maintenance personnel
to meet production and maintenance schedules.Ensures maintenance personnel are adequately trained and/or identify
training needs.Understand and implement all applicable company and customer Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and all

Responsible for ensuring that maintenance employees
maintain clean, neat and safe work areas, that company practices and
policies are followed and ensure maintenance mechanics work with other TTL
employees in a respectful manner.
Work with all departments in a team atmosphere.
Maintains production equipment.
Capable of running any line or equipment on the

Education and Experience:
High School Graduate/GED
State Journeyman’s Card
4 years experience in a production environment
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to perform all duties required of
a maintenance Mechanic III and is able to train others in these duties
Self-starter with strong work ethic
Strong interpersonal and team building skills
Ability to perform many tasks simultaneously and mange
Ability to plan ahead and prepare action plans to
Training in General Safety, GMP, Lockout/Tag out,
Quality System Awareness, and Harassment Awareness
Capable of long periods of standing, bending, stooping,
climbing on ladders, squatting and kneeling
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Exposure to frequent movement of motorized equipment
