Reporting to the Manager, Advisor Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Services Coordinator will support the entire Private Client Group (PCG) Marketing Services team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating the intake and assignment or scheduling of requests for customized advisor and advisory team marketing material, requests for marketing training, managing the assignment of projects and deliverables, and serving as a first point of contact for advisors’ inbound questions and requests for help on marketing service and support.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Serve as first point of contact for incoming requests via calls, email, voicemail; manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely matter
  • Create a schedule for new jobs, and assign those tasks using the project management and workflow system in place
  • Engage internal team members as needed to address design, digital, and consultative field requests
  • Review current and future timelines and job statuses with the Manager, Advisor Marketing & Communications, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs
  • Fulfill other Marketing Communications Department projects as assigned


Required Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of marketing communications experience
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Client or customer service/help desk experience preferred

  • Project management skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Client service oriented, positive demeanor, able to handle high volume, multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Superior time management and organization; expertise in meeting tight deadlines and tracking projects delivered
  • Takes initiative and is self-motivated
  • Proficient in Workfront Project Management software preferred
  • Proficient writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
