Work hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm, and 2 Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:30pm.

Summary: The Special Accounts Representative primarily assists heirs and other designees with matters pertaining to accounts of deceased members. This position requires an empathetic and tactful approach to assisting those who are handling the final affairs of a loved one. Other duties may include serving as a Financial Services Representative: providing general lending information to members, taking loan applications, and preparing loans for credit approval and disbursal; opening new accounts, establishing IRAs, issuing ATM/debit cards, and cross selling credit union products and services.

Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year recent financial institution experience, preferably in a credit union. Experience with XP2 and/or Meridian Link preferred. Required skills include knowledge of basic office functions, IT skills (maneuvering around Windows-based and browser-based programs, and e-mail), strong time management and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and outstanding customer service abilities.
