Cisco Practice Manager 
 will be responsible for development, growth, and maintenance of Diversified’s Cisco Practice across all business units and market verticals.
Diversified is seeking a key member to continue helping to drive significant growth in this PE backed global IT integration company exceeding $1B+ in revenue.
This individual will be reporting to our Senior Director, Intelligent Technology Solutions. 
Overnight travel up to 20%  

What will you be doing? 
• Responsible for Cisco partnership to ensure we are aligned to sell all required products with the maximum amount of return through front end discounts and backend rebates
• Responsible for Cisco distribution alignment for best pricing, product availability, partner enablement, and efficiencies
• Responsible for corporate and local office alignment with the appropriate Cisco teams to create most favorable relationship
• Create training plans to enable our account teams on Cisco alignment, programs, and solutions
• Work with Cisco Account Managers to secure discounting, deal registration, and strategic positioning
• Work with Global Services Team to optimize Diversified Smartnet practice
• Optimize Diversified’s ability to Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew Cisco SaaS offerings through partnering with Cisco.
• Develop, own, and execute Cisco partnership roadmap
• Maintain existing specializations and attain new specializations or partnership levels as the business grows i.e. Master Collaboration, Life Cycle Advisor, Cisco Gold
• Increase Cisco revenue across all business units and market verticals
• Implement best practices for quoting Cisco that can scale across the business
• Establish and expand Cisco partnership globally
• Partner with Diversified Account Executives on Cisco opportunities
• Partner with Territory VP and Regional Directors to create Go-To-Market strategy for Cisco 
• Increase Diversified VIP rebates
• Special projects as assigned
• Other OEMs could be added to responsibility in future

What do we require from you?
5+ years managing Cisco partnership or working in Cisco/Distributor Channel Organizations
5+ years direct sales experience reselling Cisco products
3+ years in a vendor management or managing partner relationship role. 
Proven track record of delivering Cisco solutions with a customer-first mindset
Expert level knowledge working with Cisco Commerce Workspace
Expert level understanding of OIP, DSA, TIP, MIP, VIP, and other Cisco programs.
Experience creating pricing strategies for Cisco VARs
Understanding of financial statements
Ability to work effectively with technical and sales leadership 
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to work with outside vendors and clients under sometimes adverse circumstances 
and under time critical constraints
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize and schedule work & personnel effectively
Strong customer service skills and service orientation focus.  
Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
Flexibility to work various shifts/hours and be available after-hours/ weekends for escalation  
support as required
Ability to travel up to 20%
