JOB SUMMARY: Create agency-quality design and production support representative of the organizational brand and high standards set forth by the Denver Broncos and Stadium Management Company.


Takes a lead role in creative directing content and maintaining brand consistency by overseeing all creative projects produced by the design team and taking a lead role in creative direction for print and digital communication. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating and providing feedback for all campaigns and leadership projects.

  • Scheduling and leading creative kickoff and recap meetings.

  • Reviewing all day-to-day creative projects and offering feedback and approvals.

  • Updating and organizing internal/external files that contain brand assets.

  • Maintaining the brand guide to ensure brand integrity across all assets.

  • Works with the Creative Manager to ensure brand standards are understood and consistently upheld by all stakeholders.

  • Approval of all ads provided for publications.

  • Maintain correct specs for projects provided to external clients/vendors on the Broncos Partnerships website.

  • Propose, pitch and present new ideas, creative, and campaign looks

  • Manage the print production process, maintain relationships with print vendors, and update the group on new print techniques, finishes and industry trends.

  • Responsible for creative directing photo shoots when necessary.

  • Identifying areas for improvement with the team in regards to processes, new campaign ideas, professional development opportunities, etc.

  • Works with the Creative Manager to plan and execute quarterly offsite meetings

  • Contributes to marketing team efforts by assisting with and providing creative direction, insight and mentoring interns, and completing other duties as assigned.

Provides graphic design expertise and produces various design elements while meeting brand and marketing objectives by fostering a creative environment that inspires creative development including but not limited to:

  • Promotional materials (posters, magnet schedules, pocket schedules, etc.).

  • Team Publications (Gameday Magazine, Broncos Magazine for Kids, Broncos Magazine).

  • Logos

  • Event Recaps

  • Event Support (invitations, signage, programs, credentials, etc.).

  • Miscellaneous projects (cheerleader books, autograph cards, building décor, holiday cards, partner review pieces, select social media graphics, etc.).

  • Collateral for suite holders, corporate partners, companies booking private and public events and the team store(s).

  • Materials to support individual sponsorship or marketing initiatives, including development of presentations, asset mock-ups and materials to be distributed to the client.

  • Internal projects as assigned.

Coordinates details of projects to ensure timely completion by meeting with internal and external clients to understand scope of projects, organizing personal work load to meet deadlines, maintaining knowledge of design trends and best practices and maintaining constant communication with Creative Manager to ensure the highest level of efficiency for all projects.


Coordinates photography needs of organization for various marketing collateral by editing/manipulating photos, managing digital archives, responding to requests, providing prints, assisting with game day photography as required and securing freelance assistance as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, other Creative Field, or equivalent work experience. Preferred.

  • Minimum of 5+ year(s) of design and print production experience in a professional environment.

  • 2+ years of mentoring a team

  • 2+ years of photography experience or creative directing photo shoots

  • Experience working in sports industry a plus

  • A strong working knowledge of design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process.

  • Proven mastery of design principles, composition, color, and typography

  • Extensive knowledge of design techniques and print production process.

  • High-proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop and InDesign.

  • Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal departments regarding design projects.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence others.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team.

  • Must be flexible regarding work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Professional and positive attitude, ability to take direction and feedback from various sources.
