JOB SUMMARY: The Web Production Coordinator will be responsible for the development and maintenance of, Broncos 365 mobile app, including innovative layout of pages, user experience and design of any Broncos digital media property.


Development and maintenance of and Broncos 365 mobile app by:

  • Designing page layouts and update website information
  • Creating ingenuity in the conception and design of site pages and mobile app user design and experience
  • Developing presentation aesthetics, styles and templates
  • Collaborating on visual and design aspects with internal business units

Create graphics for use on website, app, social media and other digital assets by:

  • Conceptualizing and create graphics consistent with the club branding and overall style, including but not limited to logo designs and project-driven visuals
  • Advancing the club’s online presence and visual communications through the use of imagination, creativity and use of, photo editing/treatments, video captioning, animation, illustration and more.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferably in Web Development, Design, New/Digital Media, Journalism or Communications
  • 2+ years experience web development, page design, graphic design and social media
  • 2+ years experience using various content management systems
  • Strong understanding of mobile application user design and user experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript and other programming languages  
  • Proficiency with design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite
  • After Effects and video editing software experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Essential to collaborate, work and contribute in a team environment
  • Experience working in sports and entertainment
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
  • Experience working in sports/entertainment industry
  • Superior level of detail and willingness to collaborate across business units
  • Self-starter with ability to track multiple projects to completion
  • Understanding of target audiences and identifies the best ways to present information to these audiences
  • Knowledge of online marketing techniques and search engine optimization (SEO)
