Reports to: Housekeeping Manager

Weekly Work Hours:  35 hours per week

Shift Times:  As is typical to the hospitality industry, staff require the flexibility to work a range of shift times (morning, day, evening, overnight) and days of week (Sunday – Monday availability)

Responsibilities include:

* Providing service to guests efficiently and courteously

* Cleaning all interior and exterior  public spaces

* Assist Member Services Desk with guest requests, prioritizing requests

* Store and retrieve luggage

* Assist with Floor Attendants requests

* Responding to the Housekeeping Hot Line

* Removing soiled linen and garbage from floors

* Vacuuming corridors

* Convert Twin / King guest room beds as needed

* Completing in-house laundry as directed (uniforms, duvet covers, specialty linens - crib sheets, bathrobes, cleaning cloths, etc.)

* Daily linen distribution 

* Restocking and organizing Guest Request Closets and linen closets 

* Waste disposal duties

* Assist Maintenance Department when needed

* Handling routine maintenance requests: bulb changing, toilet plunging, etc.

* Accepting deliveries to the hotel

* Making rollaway beds or sofa beds when requested

* Other duties as assigned
