We are seeking a customer service-oriented, highly-motivated and experienced leader to join our world-class team as Assistant Manager of Columbia SportsPark and SkatePark. Operating year-round, the SportsPark offers Columbia Association's fun programs and activities — including mini-golf, rentals, batting cages, events, birthday parties, a snack bar and more — for members, guests and residents.
The Assistant Manager, reporting to the General Manager, is an integral part of the leadership team. The Assistant Manager ensures a successful, safe, clean, functional and customer service-focused environment for our members, guests and associates.
The Assistant Manager works with the General Manager and other SportsPark and Columbia Association leaders to achieve financial goals, deliver exceptional customer service, promote innovation and team education. The Assistant Manager assumes all responsibility for Columbia SportsPark in the absence of the General Manager.
The Assistant Manager will assist in leading the team to provide excellent customer service per CA’s Service Excellence principles and to deliver on CA’s Mission, Vision and Values.
This is a challenging position, involving considerable responsibility, complexity and variety.
Minimum of one year of experience working in a multi-recreational facility
Minimum of one year of management experience in a related industry
Minimum education: high School degree
Budgeting/finance experience a plus
Must be at least 18 years old
