Columbia Association is seeking a part-time Customer and Member Services Representative to join our team. The Customer and Member Services Representative will interact with the community and members to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Candidates should be professional with a friendly customer-focused attitude, enthusiastic and able to multitask. Candidates must be a self-starter, require little supervision and have the ability to learn quickly. Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Ability to speak a foreign language is preferred but not required.
This position requires weekday availability up to 6pm and Saturday availability.
