Columbia Association is hiring fun, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our summer camp team.  We offer a number of sports camps including tennis, golf, swimming, basketball and even skateboarding. We also have  art, nature, S.T.E.A.M., cooking, or adventure camps. Work as a team, develop leadership skills,
gain valuable experience working with children and improve your knowledge of child development. The Counselors lead a group of campers, giving guidance in the various aspects of the camping program, helping the camper through program activities to provide adventure and enjoyment, develop new skills and interests, and satisfy a need for achievement and recognition in each camper. 

 

All applicants must

  • Possess, or be able to obtain and maintain valid certification in First Aid and Infant/Child/Adult CPR.

  • Submit to a criminal background investigation and be fingerprinted.
     

Counselor applicants must be at least 18 years old or high school graduate by the first day of camp and have at least one season of experience in day camps, or other youth recreation programs.
 

Junior camp applicants must be at least 16 years old.
