Under supervision of the Camps Assistant Manager, the Administrative
Assistant is responsible for the smooth administration and/or operation of the Camps
program. Provides clerical support to the Camps Manager, Assistant Manager and Admin III. Assists with registrations of all participants for the Camps program. Maintains registration forms and files in accordance with state licensing policies. Responds to customer service calls and walk-ins for the Camps program. Checks and responds to all parent emails and voicemails.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduation from an accredited senior high school or GED equivalent. Experience in the use of computers using Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.Experience in the use of phone voice-mail system.
