Cafaro, headquartered at the Eastwood Mall, is looking to hire a full time Administrative Assistant for the Legal Department.  The selected applicant will work with a legal team in numerous areas of the law across multiple states, including, amongst others, the following:

  • Employment Law (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.)
  • OSHA
  • General Litigation (Construction, Collection, Contracts, Personal Injury, ect.)
  • Corporate & Business Law
  • Bankruptcy
  • Processing, abstracting, analyzing, and administration of Leases and other contracts

We are specifically seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, independent thinkers, and accountable with a "can-do" attitude.  This individual will assist our attorneys with administrative tasks including, amongst others, filing, organizing, making/receiving phone calls, scanning, calendaring, mall processing, research, and document preparation. 

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience):

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills, proofreading, and grammatical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous work habits and focus
  • Energetic, proactive approach to work and the ability to self-motivate and be self-accountable
  • Professional attitude and an internal customer-service orientation
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft and Office suite of services
  • Bachelor's Degree (completed or in process), paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred
