Lead Petroleum Service Tech*

We are looking for an individual who believes in giving our customers a quality experience at our fueling facilities through effective maintenance and positive interaction.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Washington six site maintenance technicians.

  • Manage and oversee daily work assignments and projects of site maintenance technicians

  • Manage expenditures in accordance with fiscal and capital budgets.

    • Interact with vendors to purchase parts and equipment.

    • Negotiate bids for repair and maintenance relating to sites.

  • Performs site inspections and correction of deficiencies on the following;

  • Fuel dispensers including security seals, hoses, nozzles and filters

  • Required signage, imaging, painting and lighting

  • Site cleanliness including; trash & spill clean up

  • Oversee that all sites meet requirements for Department of Ecology & Local Clean Air Agency along with all other State and Local Ordinance.

  • Assist in developing plans and schedules for site upgrades.

  • Perform special projects as needed or requested Fill in for site maintenance technicians as needed.

  • Completes company incident reports and investigation as required by company policy.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • 24/7 on-call rotation.

     

    Education And/Or Experience

    Bachelor’s  degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or three to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prior supervisory experience needed.

     

    Prefer three years’ experience minimum, involved in the compliance and or maintenance of a fuel facility, large commercial facility, multi-unit property. Prefer three years’ experience minimum, in a job that requires; wearing Personal Protective Equipment and Clothing, Operating in a Safety Sensitive Functions, Operating in outdoor environment, operating in areas of traffic, operating in areas that may have fuel involved
