POSITION PURPOSE:

The Predictive Maintenance Analyst coordinates, oversees and serves as a supportive role for all activities related to the Company’s Operational Maintenance program.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Create and maintain all OM contractual records and related documentation

2. Monitor and follow-up on missed and / or expiring OM contracts

3. Conduct annual reviews of OM contract pricing to ensure contracts are in accordance with Company policy

4. Provide reports and / or OM contract documents to business stakeholders

5. Maintain Customer Labor Rate and Fee table

6. Monitor and follow-up on aging Work-in-Process (WIP)

7. Report on metrics to ensure accountability in tracking and monitoring of program initiatives

8. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user questions and problems

9. Support and educate end-users on new service initiatives (i.e. P-cards, scheduler, etc.)

10. Conduct end-user training on processes, procedures and business systems

11. Maintain effective communications with Leaders of People and team members

12. Perform other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


Basic Knowledge & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Deadline and detail oriented

• Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and confidently perform in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


Previous Experience/Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

• 1+ years’ prior project management experience and coordinating multiple stakeholders

• 1+ years’ experience working on technical or systems related projects

• Prior experience utilizing data to drive business decisions and measure results


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending on a frequent basis

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
