POSITION PURPOSE:
The Fleet Analyst is responsible for inventory control and accounting functions required to coordinate and maintain the company’s Service Vehicle Administration, analytics of data and third party management. Develops and monitors processes and reports to ensure the business is driving customer satisfaction, top line revenue, profitability and is aligned with the Company’s business strategy.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Coordinate the company’s vehicle titles and registrations (purchase and sale) with the third party fleet management vendor, to include maintenance administration and report distribution
2. Monitor the company’s Global Positioning System (GPS) located on company vehicles
3. Track, facilitate and process the company vehicle and equipment expenses via invoices, to include repairs, toll violations, fuel usage and GPS devices
4. Perform quarterly review of vehicle records and reports for accuracy, to include driving records
5. Maintain the company’s Rental Rate Management system
6. Partner with the Safety Department to administer Electronic Logging Device (ELD) system
7. Partner with the Contract Administrator to input and update Certificate of Insurance (COI) and contracts in the company’s computer systems
8. Maintain credentials for third party vendor fleet management mobile applications
9. Perform other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Knowledge & Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solver with demonstrated analytical excellence
• Excellent Customer Service and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail, to include precise data entry
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of systems, procedures, techniques, operations, standards, controls and reports that apply to inventory and service vehicle management.
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


Previous Experience/Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with relative work experience required
• 1+ years’ experience in motor vehicle transaction (registration, title management, etc.) preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in inventory management preferred


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
