    enhancement of existing account market strategies, as well as uncover and
    develop new clients.

  • You love ambitious goals and can devise and execute a plans to
    meet them.

  • You use superb communication skills to make compelling business
    cases that progress to long term business.

  • You accomplish your sales tasks through cold calling, client
    relationship development, uncovering needs of clients, and creating strategies


You will have an assigned territory where you are responsible for cultivating new and increased revenue from businesses within that area.



Essential Job Functions:•
Understanding prospecting, the sales pipeline, relationship building and how to utilize these to grow revenue • Engage and establish new prospects, balanced with the ability to maintain relationships once established • Prepare and deliver multi-media sales solutions, based on individual needs of each client •
Work collaboratively with all support teams with the purpose of growing revenue and customer satisfaction • Prioritize and manage time effectively and with a
sense of urgency • Participate in ongoing training initiatives • Keep abreast of print, digital, social and other media advertising trends and developments •
Maintain accurate sales records, sales forecasting, and revenue reporting within the assigned territory • Present a professional and helpful behavior to clients and peers at all times



Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:•
Creative thinker, able to develop strategic ideas that encompass appropriate recommendations utilizing all BH Media advertising solutions • Possess a strong
mentality for finding and developing new business • Effective communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships• Excellent organizational
skills • Ability to develop extensive proposals with multiple products •Ability to work on several projects concurrently while meeting deadlines • Must
possess outstanding presentation skills and be experienced in presenting solutions to decision makers • Ability to think and act independently in order
to meet deadlines
