Project Management - Program Manager Coordinator

Summary of Position

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and support efforts within the Program Management department including all meetings, program status and metrics reporting and customer feedback.

Essential Functions

·Weekly customer status reporting per customer requirements

·Photo documentation and storage of all tools in process and finalized marketing photos

·Risk Assessment Matrices completion and maintenance of the Risk Management Configuration Files for Program Management

·Centralized scheduling for all department meetings, training, and related tag ups

·Attend and document all Kick Off Meetings, Lessons Learned, and Design Build Gate meetings with customers

·Assess and maintain all continuous process improvement efforts for department

·PM customer visitation and hospitality management for onsite customer visits

·Process and track all secured badge applications for installations

·Send, track and report all customer satisfaction surveys

·Compile and provide all documents for tooling leaving the US per Odyssey’s Export compliance policies

·Attend weekly SAP meetings and maintain all action items in log

·Maintain PM storyboards – add/remove new jobs and shipped jobs

·Track and update vacation/out of office calendar for department

·Program Management metrics tracking and reporting

·Any other duties assigned by management

Required Skills, Education & Experience

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:


·Minimum High School Diploma/GED required

·Minimum 2 years in similar role

·Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Project

·Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail

·Strong sense of urgency - high energy/initiative/drive

Preferred Qualifications

·Ability to effectively handle tasks in a fast paced environment

·Able to work varied shifts, overtime and weekends when necessary

·Has confidence in leading processes, projects and looks for opportunities

·Ability to work with management team to help drive performance of location

·The employee is occasionally exposed to caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

·May be required to work weekends to meet department and business demands.

·Work with safe manufacturing processes and understanding that eyewear is mandatory in the manufacturing area.

·Knows that safety shoes are recommended in the manufacturing area.
