Director of Employee Relations
We’re looking for amazing people! Come join VHDA as the Director of Employee Relations. This important role will lead our efforts in the areas of Employee Relations and Performance Improvement/Management. Responsibilities will include:
• Assisting managers in developing performance management/corrective action plans.
• Developing workplace dispute resolution policies and processes.
• Providing advice to managers and associates regarding policies and procedures.
• Conducting administrative investigations.
• Coaching and training managers for positive outcomes.
Qualified candidates must possess at least 8 years’ of experience in the field of employee/labor relations, knowledge of employment law, B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent work experience. Preferred experience includes an advanced degree, Masters, J.D., LL.M, or extensive work experience in employee/labor relations, performance management, or dispute resolution; and prior management experience.

Hiring Range: $104,285 - $135,570
