Sr. Human Resources Generalist

We’re looking for amazing people! Come join VHDA as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This important role will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team and provide overall HR support across the organization.   Responsibilities will include:
 

• Investigating, addressing, and resolving employee relations matters
• Organizing and coordinating performance management cycle activities
• Serving as a trusted advisor to both associates and management
• Performing job analyses, assisting with compensation reviews, and other HR duties
 

Qualified candidates must possess several years, 5 - 10 preferred, of Human Resources/related field or equivalent experience; and Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field. Preferred experience includes significant experience in Performance Management and/or Employee Relations.
