Responsible for inside sales to new and existing customers. Guide the customer through the
purchasing decision, activation process and educate the customer on their purchase of service offerings. Perform customer account reviews and educate customers about their account options. Understand and communicate existing approved offers available to the end user while achieving their assigned company goals.
a. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
b. Experience Level: Great people skills, superior oral communication skills, competitive, driven attitude and desire to excel. Previous experience in retail, electronics, or cable/fiber customer service preferred.
c. Skills Summary: Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal communications, organizational and interpersonal skills are required to maintain and exceed quotas. Thorough knowledge of the retail processes and possesses strong sales skills.
