Paya is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia.  This position requires successful experience assisting in the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing efforts. Candidates must be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing
and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. This role will plan and execute campaigns, manage marketing automation processes, develop lead generation programs, and track and report on marketing program initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an organized,
self-starter with a passion for all things marketing and technology.

Responsibilities:

This is role is primarily focused on acquiring new customers and will be responsible for:

  • Understanding Paya’s go-to-market strategy and business model.
  • Working with strategy and sales to identify areas to target front of the funnel    leads that align with strategy, product roadmap, and commercial focus.
  • Designing and implementing high ROI, multi-threaded campaigns focused on quality leads and holistic approach across marketing mediums focused on multiple touch points.
  • Assess campaign efficacy and modify approach based on a rigorous metrics based approach with emphasis on conversion rates, LTV, CAC, etc.
  • Work with Executives, sales and product teams to develop strategy and plan for execution of marketing campaigns that drive desired results.
  • Develop digital marketing programs, manage execution and measure effectiveness.
  • Create content for digital marketing including blogs, promotions, prospect communications and website.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive lead generation, lead nurturing and opportunity pipeline from marketing programs.
  • Implement and support digital marketing programs for channel partners.
  • Monitor database and provide assistance in building targeted groups for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Research and monitor market trends and opportunities, competitive products to influence pricing, positioning and product strategies.

Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years digital marketing experience. 
  • Excellent understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies. 
  • Experience with B2B social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM. 
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship, organization and project management skills. 
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and be self-accountable.
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and search optimization. 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with experience in creative content writing.
  • BS/BA in marketing or relevant field preferred.

Travel:
Less than 25%.
