Paya is looking for an Implementation Analyst for a full-time role in Reston, VA.
 

Job Summary:

To create knowledge resources and training materials that support new partner integrations and product releases. You will work with the Head of Implementations to document all customer experiences related to the launch of new products and channels in key areas like Activation of new payments customers and their ongoing Service and Support. 

In this role, you will work cross functionally across the organization with key partners like Sales, Marketing, Product and IT, you will understand new product and channel requirements and translate them into documented operational procedures and the commercialization of newly integrated solutions to all of operations. 

You will also own the Paya knowledgebase and existing Paya documents, making updates and changes as necessary.  You will be a key member of the Implementation team and will play a pivotal role in the organization helping us grow fast and grow smart.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Implementation team to document high-level requirements.
  • Ensure customer feedback is clearly collected, documented, and conveyed internally to facilitate ongoing improvement of products and services.
  • Manage Paya knowledgebase, working with Operations leadership team to train staff and enable support analysts to maintain articles.
  • Manage Paya documents, including applications, customer maintenance, contracts, and Terms and Conditions.
  • Additional implementation related tasks and responsibilities as identified and needed.

Education Requirements:

Associates Degree (A.A.), BA/BS highly preferred, M.B.A. Preferred.

2+ years experience in payments or operation’s is required
