Paya is
looking for a high energy, motivated and persistent individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join our growing team. The Inside Sales Associate position is a highly interactive sales role, where a good deal of time will be spent on business development via outbound calling and prospecting efforts.
As an Associate, a qualified candidate must possess excellent analytical, time management, comprehensive and customer service skills including verbal communication skills, active listening and relationship building skills.


Responsibilities:

       Developing new business opportunities while maintaining the highest level of knowledge about Paya's payment solutions, channels, and pricing

       Developing and utilizing negotiating strategies and closing opportunities

       Using customer and payment processing industry knowledge to recommend the best product solutions and finding up-sell opportunities

       Meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives set by the Sales Manager

       Working with Marketing to assist you in your sales process and give meaningful feedback that will increase sales through marketing.

      Actively participating in ongoing product, policy, and any other Company training.

       Perform statement comparisons and analysis for potential clients.

       Effectively analyses and interprets, and solves problems relating to scope-of-work following precedents and procedures. 


Qualifications and Requirements:

       Communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and people at all levels of the organization – including C-suite.

       Outbound/Inside sales Experience with a proven track record of success.

       Advanced ability to make outbound calls in a B2B environment while achieving or exceed in sales goals.

       Ability to sell financial products and services.

       Working knowledge of ERP integrations.
Experience in credit card processing, and/or solid B2B solutions sales – required .

       Salesforce experience a strong Plus.

       Computer experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and internet navigation.

       Must have excellent time management skills.

       Ability to read and quickly comprehend training documents.

       Able to perform mathematical computations


Education Requirements:

 

Bachelors degree preferred
