What we need…

A long term contract eBanking Implementation Specialist to directly report to the AVP of Client Services and will serve as the COCC liaison and subject matter expert for a number of software products, third party interfaces and the associated implementations. The incumbent will possess the ability to pay attention to detail, is a self- starter and has the ability to work in a high pace environment. This individual will be responsible for evaluating and executing client product and/or project deliverables.

What you’ll do…

  • Serve as the COCC implementation liaison for third party providers, clients and business units
  • Perform client conversions/implementations while being consultative
  • Identify and determine implementation requirements, scope and deliverables
  • Assist with advanced client and product support
  • Provide a positive customer service experience to COCC clients and colleagues that builds strong relationships and fosters client loyalty and service excellence
  • Provide ongoing input to the continual proves improvement of implementation, procedures, project plan/task list/timeline, standard work orders and other related documents

What you’ll bring…

  • Associate’s degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent banking experience
  • Minimum of four years in banking or financial services, preferably in an implementation, technical or operation capacity
  • COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE deposit experience preferable
  • Understanding of relational databases a plus – SQL preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Quality Assurance experience a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate: written and oral communication
  • Ability to design, update and execute test scripts while being able to analyze and record the actual results versus expected results
  • Ability to interview and collect client data as required for product set-up, usage and system functionality
  • Ability to perform in a high pace environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work some weekends
  • Ability to work over 40 hours some weeks
