What we need…

 

A Loan Migration Specialist to serve as primary or secondary support for COCC's conversion efforts related to a specific application process.  This mission critical role assists in the coordination of all action items related to transferring the institution from their current service provider to the COCC system. You will be recognized by clients as an authority on COCC applications and act as a trusted liaison between the client and COCC throughout the software conversion process.

What you’ll do…   

  • Perform analysis of existing system for conversion to the COCC INSIGHT system
  • Interview client regarding existing product usage and functionality
  • Follow established procedures, create system options, branch operations and product information in a database
  • Complete batch set up requirements using standard conversion templates
  • Complete and distribute minutes for every meeting with client
  • Translate and explain technical information, concepts and requirements in user friendly language
  • Track and Report GAP items discovered during the conversion effort

 

What you’ll bring… 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years' banking experience in back office/operations environment
  • Familiarity with data specification requirements
  • Knowledge of database query tools and financial service applications
  • Ability to travel to client locations up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to work some required weekends
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
